Existing Verbal customers with a RingEX Premium or Ultimate account can create a Verbal AI user in RingCentral, link that user to a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) virtual phone number and enable call monitoring for designated user groups.
Call audio streams are sent to the Verbal web app in real time via RingCentral’s API, allowing users to leverage Verbal’s QA scoring, documentation and compliance tools during live interactions.
Real-time call scoring and monitoring allows users to easily see how closely they’ve adhered to your organization’s custom best practices, billing requirements and accreditation standards, all without so much as opening a second browser window.
